JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, specifically focusing on maternal-fetal and obstetrical imaging.

• Perform ultrasound examinations to assess maternal and fetal health.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images of the female reproductive system and fetus.
• Document patient medical history and relevant information.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

• 4x10s, Monday-Friday.
• Potential for a rotating weekday off based on unit staffing needs.
• Includes 2-4 weeks of unit orientation.

• Maternal Fetal and OB Ultrasound Experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Maternal Fetal and OB ultrasound.
• First-time travelers are accepted.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) OB/GYN certification.

• Proficient in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures for obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to OB/GYN ultrasound.
• Ability to interpret ultrasound images and recognize normal and abnormal findings.

• Experience with electronic charting systems is expected.

• Pregnant patients and fetuses.
