This is a full-time, on-site Rehabilitation Specialist role based in the Greater Seattle Area. The Rehabilitation Specialist will work closely with chiropractors and other healthcare team members to design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs that support patient recovery and long-term wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role also involves educating patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and home exercise programs, while maintaining accurate documentation and helping ensure a safe, supportive clinical environment.
Collaboration with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and uphold Health Source's standards of care is an important part of the position.
- Candidates should possess skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to design and deliver effective, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Therapy and Inpatient Care to manage therapeutic exercises, patient progression, and recovery in clinical settings.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine to collaborate with chiropractic providers and integrate care plans safely.
- Relevant education such as a degree or certification in physical therapy, occupational therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with the ability to motivate and support individuals of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrate professional integrity, and follow all safety and compliance protocols.
- Prior experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports medicine, or chiropractic/orthopedic settings is a plus.
