Start Date:
December 12, 2025
Contract Duration: 9 Weeks
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Hours/Week: 36 Hours Guaranteed
On-Call Requirement:
None
Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a Phlebotomist – Required
Certifications:
- Washington State MA-Phlebotomist (MAP) License – Required
- BLS (AHA) – Required
Skills / Systems:
- Must have experience with hospital draws
Experience with Epic/Beaker LIS system – Required
