reduced non-billable orientation (nbo) job - 0 hours nbo vs. Standard 40 nbo

locals at same rate. Perm candidates of any other providence facility (non swedish) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All swedish facilities honor active compact license.

do not submit candidate if they do not have a min of 3-5 years of experience - no exceptions - must have current supervisory references - must have proof of required certs with submission. Must pass clinical review no exceptions-do not submit without proof of current nursys

3-5 years exp required in high acuity & high pace environment. Highly prefer rn's with 5 years of high risk experience but will consider candidates with 3 years or more experience as long as they have high risk exp. 1st timers accepted pre approved time off will be case by case basis - work every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Float required: post partum / antepartum - may float to sister facilities that do mother/baby.

patient diagnoses: midwifery clients, private obs, adult recovery services supporting substance recovery, community care clinics.

epic hardstop, electronic fetal monitoring experience is valued. Staffing to follow awhonn guidelines. Special procedures/unit details: high risk/high volume l&d - all types 4 ors. Need high risk experience and able to work in fast paced, high acuity environments.
