Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed patient evaluations, including medical history and current conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
