Position Summary
Our front desk team plays an essential role in the patient experience. As the first person our patients interact with, you'll help create a warm, organized, and efficient environment while supporting providers and the clinical team throughout the day.
This position is primarily based in our Seattle office with occasional coverage at our Lynnwood location as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and respond to patient messages
- Verify insurance and demographic information
- Collect patient balances
- Scan, upload, and organize medical documentation
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with administrative projects as needed
- Maintain an organized, professional front office
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Schedule
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM
No evenings or weekends.
Pay
$23.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
