Providence Swedish is seeking an occupational therapist to deliver and supervise OT services within inpatient and outpatient settings at Ballard and Issaquah clinics. The OT evaluates, plans, and implements care to maximize patient function, and participates in discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include an accredited OT program graduate, Washington OT license on hire, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
