The Role
We are looking for a Patient Support Coordinator to join our growing team to optimize the use of Flyte Health’s Evolve platform and EMR to handle various administrative duties for the practice as well as tend to patient and provider needs. This role will primarily focus on scheduling patient appointments based on customer contracts, sending and receiving patient records and documents, and optimizing practice front‑office workflows.
Duties may also include registering patient demographic and insurance information across multiple platforms, triaging and taking messages for patient calls, and collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and registered dietitians to ensure high‑quality and reliable care. As new staff is hired, support may be required for onboarding and training. This role is currently remote and will likely remain remote for the foreseeable future, subject to change as the company grows and evolves.
Requirements
- Monday – Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm EST
- Sunday: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm EST

- Verify insurance eligibility
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain clear communications with patients and providers
- 2+ years of experience in provider office settings
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or as a receptionist for a busy practice
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Reside within the United States
