Did you recently earn your HCA or CNA license, or are you currently working toward completing it?

Or maybe you’re an experienced CNA or caregiver looking for a flexible schedule and meaningful one‑on‑one care opportunities?

At Fedelta Home Care, we’re redefining caregiving with flexibility, balance, and the chance to make a real difference.

Feeling burnt out from managing too many patients at once? It’s time for a change.

As part of the Fedelta Home Care team, you’ll enjoy:

  • Flexible scheduling– work when it fits your life
  • Better work/life balance– say goodbye to burnout
  • One‑on‑one home care– focus on quality, not quantity

We’re seeking licensed caregivers, experienced CNAs, or caregivers currently working toward their HCA certification to join our team and provide compassionate in‑home care to clients throughout North Seattle — including areas like Shoreline, Northgate, Ballard, Greenwood, and the University District.

Wherever you’re located, we’ll do our best to match you with clients nearby for convenience and consistency.

This is your chance to build meaningful relationships while delivering quality care in a comfortable home setting — not rushing between patients in a facility.
