Navos IP - 2nd Floor - Mental Health Technician

Multi Care Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients and assist with basic patient care and recovery needs;
Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes;
Observe and document patient behavior, conduct patient room searches, report unsafe conditions, and provide emotional and physical support as needed;  Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds;
Maintain a hazard-free environment and support unit operations and clinic management as part of a collaborative treatment team
