Job Summary
The Behavior Health Data Coordinator plays a crucial role in leveraging data to support operations in Outpatient Behavioral Health. Primary responsibilities include extracting, preparing and analyzing data from various system sources (including Epic and outside ICHS systems), ensuring accuracy, and supporting end-users with report usage. The position requires addressing data quality issues, maintaining adherence to data governance standards, and offering ongoing support.
This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to comprehend data requirements and creating, maintaining, and optimizing reports for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Behavioral Health Agency (BHA). This role will also partner with external stakeholders (King County Behavioral Health and Recovery Division) to ensure two‑way data exchange is successful. This position will also provide general administrative support across all the Behavioral Health teams.
This position will collaborate closely with the Data team and receive subject matter guidance as needed, with direct supervision provided by Behavioral Health.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree. Preference for Human Services degree but related fields will be considered. Five (5) years of applicable experience may substitute for the required degree.
- One (1) year of experience in administration with report generation and data submission and coordination in a healthcare setting.
- One (1) year of experience in Epic reporting tools such as Reporting workbench and/or Slicer Dicer preferred. Experience with the King County Integrated Care Network preferred.
