Job Overview
This position is a member of a multi‑disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for participating in the training, orientation and education of staff.
Required Qualifications- A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) --or--
- PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency --or--
- 2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center
Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
