We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Medication Technician to join our team. The pay for this role is $27 per hour.

• Prepare and pass medication for residents as ordered by a physician.
• Report any medication errors, side effects, or problems to supervisor or physician.
• Document medication administration or refusal in the required format and style.
• Maintain documentation and communication logs in accordance with required procedures.
• Reorder medications as needed, following appropriate protocols.
• Ensure medication availability through timely refills.
• Order labs when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• WA State Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Experience with computerized Point of Care and other electronic systems.
• Minimum six months experience in long-term care, home care, or related field.
• Successful completion of Med-Tech Training program and Medication Aide/Medication Tech certification in the state.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment testing as required by state (may include fingerprinting and/or pre-employment physical).
