United Health Group's Optum Home & Community Care unit is hiring NP or PA for in-home care across Washington state. This role includes weekly overnight travel, a Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hr days or 4 days of 10 hours, and no nights, weekends or holidays in some arrangements.
Compensation includes a $40,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment. You will conduct in-home assessments, manage acute or chronic conditions, document thoroughly, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
