Description

The Clinic Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight to support the efficient day-to-day functioning of the clinic. In this role, you will coordinate administrative activities, support clinic staff, oversee workflow processes, and assist with special projects to ensure a seamless patient and caregiver experience. Working collaboratively with providers and leadership, you will help drive operational excellence, promote a positive team environment, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications
  • Completion of at least one year of business, office administration, medical terminology, secretarial, or related training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a healthcare office or clinic environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting clinic operations, healthcare administration, or medical practice management.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
