Seattle Children's Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Pediatric Critical Care Medicine team. You will deliver direct inpatient care in a 40-bed PICU, working 12-hour rotating shifts with 1.0 FTE and 24/7 coverage across day, night, weekend, and holiday rotations.
Responsibilities include direct resuscitation, ECMO liaison, CRRT management, and complex ventilation strategies, along with leading multidisciplinary rounds and coordinating handoffs.
