UW Medicine is seeking a Lead Pharmacist for Pharmacy Medication Policy and Utilization. You will lead staff pharmacists in aligning medication policy, optimize use across UW Medicine, and track pharmacoeconomic trends to identify value- and cost-saving opportunities.
You will develop and implement drug-use policies from the P&T Committee and oversee medication-use evaluation, formulary monographs and related review documents.
