Position: Medical Science Liaison (Pacific Northwest)

Position Overview:

  • The MSL is responsible for providing medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of ADCT’s product. Serves as an expert in therapeutic area and disease state and supports the marketed product and pipeline portfolio. Field-based role collecting field insights to inform Medical Affairs objectives.
Territory:
  • Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, , AK)
What you’ll do:
  • Provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT, its product, pipeline, research activities, and product development.
  • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
  • Develop territory plans and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and HCPs.
  • Maintain medical expertise and strong understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practice.
  • Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.
  • Demonstrate competencies in scientific information (disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, mechanism of action, RWE).
  • Maintain highest ethical and professional standards and comply with relevant guidelines.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and project teams; ensure cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.
Requirements /

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred.
  • MSL experience required.
  • Previous hematology oncology experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Understanding of the clinical development process and ICH-GCP.

  • Ethical, focused, organized leadership.
Additional information:
  • Field-based role within the pre-specified territory.
  • Travel approximately 50–60% of the time.
