Become part of a caring in-home support team serving Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, the University District, Maple Leaf, and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll help older adults and individuals receive the assistance they need to remain comfortable, secure, and self-sufficient in their own homes. We offer flexible daytime hours, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to build genuine connections with the people you serve.

Some assignments take place in households with pets, so being at ease around animals is important. If you’re compassionate, trustworthy, and committed to providing quality care, we’d love to hear from you.

Hourly Rate: Earn $23–$25/hour, depending on your experience and credentials.

• A valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

• Create meaningful connections with clients through companionship, conversation, and genuine encouragement.
• Assist with personal care, meals, daily routines, and household needs while preserving each client’s dignity and privacy.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Support clients with appointments, errands, outings, and activities while encouraging independence.
• Deliver personalized in-home assistance that promotes comfort, confidence, and overall well-being.
