Job Summary:

This Physical Therapist role involves providing rehabilitative care to patients through evidence-based therapies. The position requires ensuring optimal patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with licensing and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions targeting functional recovery.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment during therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Demonstrate experience in setting and managing treatment plans.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Be flexible to work day shifts and committed to a 13-26-week assignment.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
