Job Summary:

Providing outpatient rehabilitation services, the Physical Therapist assesses, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans to enhance patient mobility and function. They deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse patient populations, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical goals and patient needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment continuity.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess experience in outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to diverse patient needs.
