Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care within a dynamic clinical environment. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy programs to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and home care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active physical therapy license.
• Demonstrate experience in outpatient or acute care settings.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work day shifts with flexibility for additional hours if needed.
• Meet all credentialing and licensing requirements.
