Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care within a clinical setting. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy programs to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow all licensing, credentialing, and safety guidelines during treatment.
• Assist in patient education to promote recovery and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required. No compact licenses accepted.
• Experience in setting up and managing patient therapy plans.
• Proven ability to work independently, adhering to all credentialing and licensing standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform manual therapy and operate relevant equipment.
• Previous experience in clinical settings preferred.
