Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care in a clinical setting. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating recovery to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions through thorough assessments and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical protocols.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices and appropriate equipment.
• Document patient progress, adjust treatment strategies, and communicate findings with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, treatment goals, and at-home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience with therapeutic modalities and equipment.
• Certification in CPR and BLS.
