Job Summary:

Providing essential physical therapy services, the Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility and function. This role involves implementing treatment plans and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience in setting and managing treatment plans.
• Possess a valid degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Show strong clinical skills and familiarity with therapeutic equipment.
• Maintain compliance with relevant licensing and credentialing requirements.
