Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assessing and developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional capacity. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients through clinical assessments to determine physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active, valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience in setting up and managing therapy equipment.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Show proficiency in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain excellent communication and patient education skills.
