Description:

Located in Seattle's booming Ballard neighborhood, the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic at Ballard provides a full range of care, from wellness exams to pregnancy care to the latest in minimally invasive surgery. Our services also include family planning, nutritional counseling, management of menopausal issues and screenings for early detection and treatment of many gynecologic problems.

We work with you to develop an individually tailored care plan that includes your physical, emotional, social and spiritual health. We believe everyone deserves the best that is available in modern medicine combined with clear communication and education.

Primary

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as requested

Requirements:

• High school graduation or equivalent AND one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR an equivalent combination of education/experience

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details:

Pay Range Minimum: $24.30 hourly

Pay Range Maximum: $35.35 hourly
