As a Certified Medical Assistant , you will be a vital member of a collaborative, fast-paced care team, partnering closely with providers, clinical staff, and patients to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Working under the direction of a licensed practitioner, you will use your advanced clinical skills and expertise to support efficient clinic operations, enhance the patient experience, and contribute to positive health outcomes.

In addition to performing all Medical Assistant I responsibilities, you will serve as a trusted teammate who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces collaboration, and helps drive high-quality, compassionate care while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Coursework/Training
  - Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants or,
• Coursework/Training
  - Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or,
• Coursework/Training
  - Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or,
• Coursework/Training
  - Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS
  - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 6 months
  - Healthcare experience.
• 6 months
  - Medical Assistant experience.

• National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
