Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Position

Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is required; cannot be a Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R), Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P), or Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician (MA-HT). This position is open to local candidates only. Candidates must live no more than a 30-mile radius from the clinic. Greater than 30 miles may lead to dependability issues due to the area. This is a temp to hire opportunity. If the candidate is unwilling or unable to join the clinic permanently at the end of the contract if presented with an offer, the candidate is not eligible and should be redirected.

  5x8hr, 800-1700, Mon-Fri (no weekends)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Experience:

At least 6 months as an MA-C; OB experience is preferred/nice to have, but at least Family Medicine/Adult/Pediatric outpatient setting is required.

Floating req? Yes, may have to float between the Central Seattle clinic and Downtown Seattle clinic (800 5th Ave, Ste 100, Seattle, WA 98104) depending on clinic staffing

• Looking for candidates who are wanting to work in a fast-paced clinic
• At Central Seattle clinic, we work in a team-based approach. For example, some days the ratio might be 1:1, but other days it may be 2:3. MAs across Central and Downtown clinics are helping each other, along with all 3 staff clinicians, as a team.
