Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs to establish personalized treatment goals.
• Develop and implement therapy plans based on patient assessments and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises to support ongoing recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrate clinical experience in occupational therapy within a healthcare setting.
• Possess strong assessment and communication skills.
• Show ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
