Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract to provide expert rehabilitation services. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Design and execute therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
