UW Medicine Primary Care at Woodinville has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2.
Work Schedule- Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
- Monday 11:30-8
- Tuesday 8:30-6
- Wednesday 8:30-4
- Thursday and Friday 7:30-4
- Day Shift
Conveniently located in the Woodinville Towne Center, the UW Medicine Primary Care at Woodinville Clinic offers primary care appointments six days a week, including evenings and same-day appointments. Medical advice is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
- Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
- Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery - Other duties as requested
- High school graduation or equivalent AND
- One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
- An equivalent combination of education/experience
UW Medicine Primary Care is a network of clinics located throughout the Puget Sound region. The clinics offer a wide spectrum of primary care services, as well as secondary care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week at select locations.

Pay Range Minimum: $24.30 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $35.35 hourly
