This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and balance-related conditions. Daily responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, tracking progress, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with other healthcare and support team members to optimize outcomes. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies, while maintaining a safe and supportive clinical environment.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions.
- Candidates should possess robust Patient Care and Home Care skills to deliver compassionate, individualized treatment and effective carryover outside the clinic.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area.
- Experience or interest in balance, vestibular rehabilitation, and fall prevention is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical, evidence-based practice standards.
