Healthcare / Medical Sales, Healthcare Administration
Cytokinetics is a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company, building on its over 25 years of pioneering scientific innovations in muscle biology, and advancing a pipeline of potential new medicines for patients suffering from diseases of cardiac muscle dysfunction. The Field Access Manager (FAM) is a field-based access specialist responsible for supporting appropriate access within their assigned territory consistent with FDA-approved labeling and applicable payer requirements by proactively identifying, resolving, and preventing reimbursement and access barriers.
This role partners closely with sales, market access, patient services, HUB vendors, specialty pharmacies, and payer stakeholders to ensure patients experience a streamlined path from prescription to therapy initiation and continuity of access without offering clinical persistence coaching to HCPs or patients. The FAM serves as the connective tissue between field execution and access strategy, translating payer dynamics, benefit designs, and HUB data into actionable field solutions that identify and address administrative access barriers and support compliant patient services operations.
This FAM will support the Southeast territory, which includes Alabama, Georgia, and Northern Florida. The FAM is expected to travel throughout the assigned territory to engage with healthcare providers, patient support stakeholders, specialty pharmacies, and other access-related partners. To maximize territory coverage and responsiveness, the ideal candidate will reside within the territory and be located within a 100-mile radius of a major commercial airport.
