We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Compliance, Quality & Education (RN) to lead regulatory compliance, quality improvement, staff education, and performance initiatives across our Home Health and Hospice programs. Reporting to the Administrator, this leadership role serves as a key resource for compliance oversight, data analysis, operational improvement, medical records management, and survey readiness. The Director will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards while driving quality outcomes, workflow improvements, and organizational excellence.
This position combines expertise in healthcare compliance, education, data analytics, and quality assurance to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Lead compliance and regulatory oversight for Home Health and Hospice services, including documentation audits and risk identification.
Direct quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs through data analysis, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reports to monitor compliance, operational performance, and quality outcomes.
Oversee medical records processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate survey readiness activities and support accreditation and regulatory reviews.
Provide education, training, and ongoing support to staff regarding regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Equivalent combination of applicable education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospice, home health, compliance, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare software systems.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and education skills.
