Overview

Senior Patient Services Specialist in our Heart & Vascular team provides critical front‑office support, coordinating complex scheduling, guiding patients through their care journey, and ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience.

• Serve as a key resource for patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and guide patients throughout their care journey.
• Provide compassionate and seamless patient experience from start to finish.
• Resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Orient, train and mentor new caregivers.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and workflow improvements.

• 3 years of medical office or related healthcare experience, or
• 2 years as a Providence employee in a PSS position.

Pay range: $25.73 - $39.36 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
