We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Seattle area. In this role, you'll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.

Mid Level

$85,000 - $95,000 per year

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA
• Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
