Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You’ll visit members in their own homes, review medications and medical history, perform a physical evaluation, and order additional tests if the health plan allows.
You’ll work with a national network of clinicians, travel locally within licensed states, and conduct virtual visits as needed.
