Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active Washington ESA and Washington SLP credentials required
• Experience serving K-12 students in a school environment (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering an equitable, inclusive, and welcoming learning atmosphere
• Passion for collaborating with educators, families, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to diverse student needs
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate case notes and adhere to all state and federal regulations
