In this full-time opportunity, you will play a vital part in helping children reach their communication goals, collaborating closely with staff and families to make a lasting difference.

We’re seeking two skilled professionals who bring expertise and enthusiasm to school-based speech therapy:

• Holds SLP-CCC credentials
• Active state licensure or eligibility in Washington
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adept at adapting interventions for diverse student needs
• Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment

• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document results
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in ongoing professional development
