Daytime: Caregiver

Pay ranges from $23–$25 per hour based on certification and experience
. Daytime positions are available across Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, the University District, West Seattle, Renton, and nearby areas. Some homes have pets, so comfort around animals is important

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

• Build meaningful connections by providing companionship, conversation, encouragement, and a friendly presence.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, daily routines, and light household responsibilities.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, social activities, and outings in the community.
• Provide personalized support that encourages comfort, confidence, dignity, and independence.
