Description:
Perm candidates from other facilities are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.
All facilities honor active compact licenses.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Previous travel experience is mandatory.
Certifications required include BLS.Shifts are available as 5x8 (11:00 - 19:00) or 4x10 (11:00 - 21:00).Weekend coverage may be required to meet departmental needs.
Call coverage is unlikely, but could be needed.
Floating to nearby facilities may occur.
Job requires skills in ambulatory OR, anesthesia machine operation and troubleshooting, and assisting anesthesia providers in critical situations.
Experience with arterial access, aseptic techniques, and emergency intubations is crucial.
Candidates will work with standard monitors and participate in the process of patient turnover in the operating room.
Ability to adhere to isolation precautions and understand operating room safety is essential.
All candidates must respond to specific questions regarding previous employment history during submission.
References will be required covering experience within the last three years.
Travelers may be expected to float between facilities.
If required, communication devices needed for the assignment will be supplied.
