The General Internal Medicine Center at UW Medical Center - (Roosevelt) provides comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including preventive medicine services, assessment and treatment of acute medical problems and monitoring and treatment of chronic diseases. We are a dynamic teaching clinic, focused on providing patient-centered care grounded in the best available medical evidence. • Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Scheduling provider appointments
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Assisting patients with MyChart registration, navigation and general use
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as requested

• High school graduation or equivalent AND
• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
• OR
• An equivalent combination of education/experience
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
