Position Highlights
Title:
Executive Director / Vice President, Clinical Pharmacology, Remote US
Location:
Remote (U.S. based, with strong preference for major biotech hubs)
Compensation: $290,000 - $330,000 base + bonus, equity, and full benefits
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical pharmacology strategy across multiple oncology programs, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.
- Oversee the design and execution of clinical pharmacology studies, including first-in-human and proof-of-concept trials.
- Apply model-informed drug development (MIDD) approaches, including PBPK, PK/PD, population PK, and exposure-response analyses.
- Serve as regulatory lead for clinical pharmacology, authoring IND, CTA, NDA modules and engaging with FDA/global health authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in clinical operations, regulatory, biostatistics, and translational medicine to advance pipeline assets.
- Stay on the forefront of innovation in clinical pharmacology and oncology, contributing thought leadership to the field.
- Ph.D. or equivalent in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics, or related field
- 10-15+ years of experience in oncology clinical pharmacology, ideally with small molecules in solid tumors
- Strong track record of regulatory submissions and successful advancement of oncology programs into late-stage development
- Expertise in quantitative pharmacology (PBPK, exposure-response, population PK/PD)
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech environment
