Tumor Registrar

Grant Mill Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced Tumor Registrar to support a high-priority cancer registry abstraction initiative. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated remote team focused on reducing abstraction backlogs while helping healthcare organizations maintain the highest standards of oncology data quality.

As an Oncology Abstraction Specialist, you will:

• Abstract and code oncology cases in accordance with current industry standards.
• Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure high-quality cancer registry data for reporting and research.
• Maintain productivity while meeting established quality expectations.
• Collaborate remotely with project leadership and registry teams.

• Current CTR (Certified Tumor Registrar) or ODS (Oncology Data Specialist) credential
• Minimum 2 years of recent tumor registry abstraction experience
• Experience working within cancer registry software and electronic medical records
• Strong understanding of SEER, CoC, and NAACCR standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
