Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee critical research initiatives within their pharmaceutical division in George . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of clinical research methodologies and a passion for bringing new treatments to patients.

- Develop and manage comprehensive clinical trial protocols, project plans, and budgets in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical trial conduct, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Ensure the timely enrollment of patients and adherence to protocol requirements at all participating clinical sites.
- Manage relationships with investigational sites , contract research organizations (CROs), and other external vendors.
- Monitor study progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete trial documentation, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance for studies conducted in George .
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP).
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple clinical trials simultaneously, from Phase I to Phase IV.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, essential for coordinating efforts across various teams and locations.
