We are looking for our next Food and Beverage Manager!

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food and beverage

A desire for upward mobility and to build a career within hospitality

A collaborative attitude and ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team

The ability to work on weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Previous restaurant experience in Front of House with working knowledge of restaurant operations

Hotel and previous Union experience are a plus!

Shift Pattern :
Varied with shifts primarily in the evening hours

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you wouldbe responsible for assisting in the daily management of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.

Implements effective control of food, beverage and labor costs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.

Interviews, trains, supervises , counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
