Argosy Cruises is all about adventure, storytelling, and unforgettable moments. Based at Pier 55 in Downtown Seattle, we run daily cruises through Elliott Bay, the Ballard Locks, and Lake Union, plus special event cruises for big celebrations like the Fourth of July and Seafair. We also host private charters for weddings, corporate events, birthdaysyou name it!

Every day, we show up ready to share the magic of Seattle from the water, creating memories for our guests (and having a little fun ourselves!).

Marine Operations Crew are the heartbeat of our vessels! Youll assist the Captain in operating the boat safely and following U.S. Coast Guard regulationsbut thats just the beginning. Youll also jump into the action by serving up drinks, bartending, guiding tours, and keeping the ship shipshapeall while bringing top-notch hospitality to our guests.

As a crew memberyou will perform the following rolesas part of a daily rotation:

Conduct nautical operations such as vessel mooring, handling mooring lines, casting off lines upon embarking and securing lines upon docking. Perform safety, mechanical and fluid systems checks prior to departure and while underway. Perform basic deck and vessel cleaning and maintenance while at dock and underway. Participate in emergency drills on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of safety preparedness.

Move and set up boarding ramps at various docking locations.

Shake, stir, and serve up delicious cocktails, cold beer, and winebecause great drinks make for great cruises!

Keep the good vibes flowing by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.

Process orders using our point-of-sale system (dont worry, well train you!).

Become the voice of the voyage! Guide guests through Seattles iconic waterfront, sharing insightful stories and historical facts based on a provided script. Deliver clear and engaging narrations to enhance the guest experience. Answer guest questions and provide additional information about points of interest along the route.

$21.50/hour plus additional earnings from tips
