Handle guest check-in and check-out processes including room credits and keys;
Manage guest issues effectively and resolve conflicts;
Be proficient with property management system and PBX/radio paging system;
Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations for guests;
Cash handling and computerized Point of Sale system experience
