With a bustling calendar full of weddings, golf tournaments, and private gatherings, we're seeking dedicated individuals to join our banquet team and ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Position OverviewAs an on-call Banquet House Attendant, you'll be an essential part of our events team, responsible for setting the stage for memorable experiences. From setting up elegant banquet rooms to ensuring seamless transitions during events, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Efficiently setting up and breaking down event spaces according to detailed floor plans.
- Working closely with the events team to anticipate needs and provide proactive service.
- Assisting with the transport and arrangement of tables, chairs, linens, and other event essentials.
- Ensuring all event spaces are kept clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Responding swiftly to any last-minute changes or requests with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Supporting the smooth execution of events, adapting to the flow, and taking initiative where needed.

Requirements What We're Looking For- Dependable team players who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards in fast-paced settings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment safely.
- Comfortable in multiple setting types (large events vs. small events)
